Objectives of the Parishioners for Life Ministry:
1) Community Outreach
2) Assist in Pro Life education & awareness to the youth of the St. Dominic community.
3) Assist in the Pro Life education & awareness to the adults of the St. Dominic community.
Examples of our current projects:
· Community outreach – coordinating a collection drive of diapers and donations for Pregnancy Center West.
· Community outreach - organizing peaceful prayer groups at abortion clinics. See http://40daysforlife.com/apply for better details.
· Community Outreach – assist the Eucharistic Adoration Committee with expanded hours of Adoration, ending at 7pm on Wednesdays.
· Youth Pro Life awareness – we will hopefully have a special speaker come visit our 5th graders and the PFL ministry would like to assist in making this a nice event.
