Hello and thank you for visiting the St. Dominic Parish website. I am the principal of St. Dominic Parish School. I have been the principal here since July 1, 2009. Our dedicated teachers and staff have made this school an outstanding environment to receive a Catholic education. I have found St. Dominic Parish, including our School, to be a very welcoming place for newcomers. It certainly was for me when I came here five years ago. It is because of this, that people find themselves enriched in a parish that fosters warmth, care, and concern for one another. That is one of the strengths of our Parish Community.
Suzie, my wife, and I are parishioners of St. Teresa of Avila parish. We have four children who have attended Catholic grade school and high schools. I believe that Catholic education has provided a solid foundation for my children.
Prior to being the principal at St. Dominic, I was the principal of St. Teresa of Avila, St. Vivian, and Precious Blood (in Dayton, Ohio). Before working in the Archdiocese of Cincinnati, I was the Primary Severe Behavior Handicapped Teacher for Princeton City Schools for eight years.
Our School has made significant changes in the last five years. One of the best additions is our Pre-School Program, which we started three years ago. Children ages 3-5 have a wonderful place to begin their Catholic education here. Our enrollment in our program has grown each year and my hope is that it will continue to grow in the following years.
If you are interested in finding more information about our school please call me or send me an e-mail message. I feel blessed to be here and I am happy to help you in any way I can.
